The Simplee Memberships customer portal allows active members to view existing membership details. It allows them to make the following changes:
Cancel and resume their membership
Request to update their billing information
View upcoming membership order dates and amounts
Update their shipping address (if membership product is physical)

As a merchant, you have full control over how this portal looks and works. The portal is rendered using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. If you have basic updates you'd like made, please contact our team for assistance.
If you'd prefer creating a fully customized experience, we recommend finding a designer or developer who can assist with this.
Updating the Portal
To access the portal code, open the Simplee Memberships app, go to Settings > Member Portal, then click on the Edit Code button.
This will give you access to the core pages loaded in the portal. For assistance with this, please chat with our team.
