In this article, we'll cover the reports that are offered in the app's Reports menu, and how the data in each report works.

This page shows multiple reports
Active memberships - displays the total number of members that are active on each day. This number includes all members who still have access to the membership, including members who have a pending cancellation.
New memberships - displays a total of the number of new members that signed up on each day
Cancellations - displays the total number of customers who initiated a cancellation on each day
Cancellation reasons - displays a breakdown of the total number of customers who provided a cancellation reason, and which reason they chose
Churn rate - shows a metric that divides the amount of members who cancelled in a given period of time, by the number of total members that existed at the beginning of that period of time
Average revenue per user - displays a daily report of that is calculated by dividing the total amount of money processed in the past 30 days by the average number of active members from each day across the past 30 days. This report will show no value until you have been selling memberships for at least 30 days.
Customer lifetime value - shows a value calculated as your Average revenue per user / Churn rate
Upcoming Renewals
This page show a list of all upcoming charges that are scheduled for your members.
Recent Billing Attempts
This page shows a list of all billing attempts that were made. It will indicate if the billing attempt was successful, or failed. In the event a billing attempt failed, the error message will be listed.
Newest Members
This page shows a list of the most recent members who have signed up for any of your membership plans.
Recent Cancellations
This page shows a list of the most recent member cancellations. The report shows whether the member was cancelled by themselves, or by the merchant. It also indicates which plan they were subscribed to, and how many payments they have made to that plan.
